Writing Fun

Hello everyone!!!! The last activity that I propose to you is a writing activity.  When we ask students to copy a word, add a reason, a little twist or motivation.  In this activity, for example, we ask students to identify the word that is repeated, then the draw it.  Success comes when students have written the words balloon and alphabet correctly on the lines and also draw the balloon and the letters of the alphabet in the squares. And it's not just a mechanical copy, they've had to guess the correct word twice.  Another copying activity could be asking students to write certain words in an order based on a specific criterion. For example:  Put these areas of water from smallest to biggest:  SEA  LAKE   POND   OCEAN PUDDLE   DROP  Cambridge. Understanding the Context  I star by introducing the topic of audio recording and activating prior knowledge through a short discussion.  Ask them if they have pets at home, how they relate to them or what is the importance os having a pet for them. I also point out certain attitudes that we must have as citizens and the responsibilities we have to keep ourselves safe.  Explain the objetive of the activity: to listen the recording and understand the content and the main message.  Provide students with the worksheets containing comprehension questions. Preview the questions and direct students to skin through them to get an idea of what they need to hear.  We play the audio recording once, allowing students to listen carefully. After listening for the first time, I give students a short time to discuss their initial understanding in pairs or small groups.  Play the audio recording a second time, if necessary, to help students clarify any unanswered questions...

HELLO, MY NAME IS ANA, I'M 27 YEARS OLD AND I'M FROM MADRID  Welcome to my personal blog about ICT in primary education! As an elementary school teacher, I have always been fascinated by the impact of technology on my students learning and growth. Throughtout my career, I have witnessed firsthand how ICT have transformed the way we teach and how children learn.  My goals is to provide practical ideas, concrete examples and useful resources that can help you boost your students learning and cultivate their digital competence from an early age. Through this platform, I also hope to be able to connect with other primary school teachers and create a learning community in which we can share our experiences, successes and challenges in the use of ICT in our classrooms.  I hope you enjoy this blog and find inspiration and practical tips to enrich your teaching practice!.
